Marc is experienced in leading software product management and helping clients adapt to technology use. As President of EC Pro U.S., he spearheads the company's expansion in the States, leveraging his experience to guide clients in effective and trouble-free EC Pro adoption. An outdoor enthusiast, Marc enjoys guiding outdoor trips for youth. He is dedicated to helping stable operators manage their equestrian businesses more efficiently through the EC Pro platform.

Jamie is an equestrian who founded EC Pro in the U.K. in 2017. He had a mission to provide riding school and equestrian center owners with complete control over their business operations while giving customers the digital experience and modern convenience they expect. Seven years later, Jamie is still enjoying being the a key part of the EC Pro family while also spending time in the barn, traveling, and being with his family.

Jennifer brings over 30 years of experience as a professional horse trainer, judge, and clinician. She’s worked across the industry—both in the arena and behind the scenes—and understands the real-world challenges barns face every day. Her background also includes time in the corporate and entrepreneurial worlds, giving her a unique lens on how equestrian businesses grow and thrive. Jennifer is passionate about helping horse professionals find practical solutions that actually work.

Alli is a Sales Representative, She brings over ten years of barn management experience that ranges from facilitating lessons, clinics, and shows to trail rides. She grew up showing in ApHC Western and English pleasure in her youth. Her favorite horse activities include trail riding and rehabilitating a new equine rescue. When she is away from the barn you can either find her chasing her kids around the farm or working her border collies in the field.

Kristina is a Texas native, now based in Austin, with over a decade of professional experience in the equine industry. With a strong hunter-jumper foundation, she has expanded her focus to include trail and endurance riding, cross-country, and natural horsemanship. Her background includes teaching beginner lessons, leading youth camps, and guiding trail rides in Wyoming, where she developed a passion for building confident, capable riders. In addition to her equestrian career, Kristina brings a decade of experience from the tech sector and is excited to combine her industry expertise with innovative technology to support and advance the equine community.

Angie is a lifelong horsewoman with a diverse equestrian background. Her journey includes earning regional championships in all-around events, participating in the US Pony Club, riding in the mountains, and cutting horses, now expanding to Western Dressage and Ranch Horse events. She is an accredited riding instructor, trainer, and coach, committed to using methods that develop both horse and rider. Angie is married to her best friend, Will, a restaurant professional and avid sportsman who coaches their son Hunter, 17, in competitive archery.

Sarah is an Air Force veteran who knows how to organize people and information to get things done. As a dedicated lesson rider, she understands the unique challenges of managing equestrian operations, especially when it comes to keeping things simplified and organized. With over five years of customer service experience, Sarah is skilled at providing friendly, effective support and advice. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring personal projects and deepening her love for all things equestrian.

Hannah is the Operations Coordinator at EC Pro, where she focuses on streamlining and improving processes to help the team work smarter and more efficiently. With over 7 years of experience in Operations and Client Success roles, she brings a strong background in creating systems that support both teams and clients. Outside of work, Hannah enjoys planning events for friends and family, staying active, and cheering on her favorite sports teams.

Gerrin is a development wiz, 'nuff said.

Based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Kaden King brings a passion for problem solving and code. With a strong background in client support and community engagement, Kaden works closely with our sales and support teams to ensure customers get the most out of EC Pro. When he’s not supporting clients, Kaden enjoys spending time outdoors with friends and family, studying God's word, and engaging the local church community.

Justin is the Operations Lead at EC Pro, bringing extensive experience in streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency. Outside of office hours, he stays busy shuttling his three kids between different activities and spending quality time on scouting adventures with his sons.

Emily is our Talent Lead. She brings her ten years of experience in Operations and Human Resources to help us source the best candidates as we grow our team. In her spare time, Emily enjoys traveling, reading, and listening to music.
