Russell is a hands-on growth strategist with 25+ years experience aligning teams and processes across sales, business development, marketing, product and client success. As the President of EC Pro U.S., he is leading the expansion of the company to the States. Outside of work you can find Russell hanging out with his family, playing golf, working out, or watching sports.

Jamie is an equestrian who founded the award-winning client, staff, and barn management software, EC Pro, in the U.K. in 2017. He had a mission to provide riding school and equestrian center owners with complete control over their business operations while giving customers the digital experience and modern convenience they expect. Six years later, Jamie is still enjoying being the CEO of EC Pro while also spending time in the barn, traveling, and being with his family.

Sadie is our Client Advocate, with a lifetime of experience in the horse world and a strong background in tech and customer experience. Sadie has been an avid horsewoman for her whole life, with a B.S in Equine Since from CSU and experience ranging from classical dressage, barn management, all the way to packing and outfitting in the backcountry of Colorado. These days, Sadie is a pleasure and trail rider with her beloved draft horse Kismet!

Blair has spent the last 5 years in the mortgage industry as a loan originator, and previously worked in B2B brokerage sales. He is very excited to join the team at EC Pro U.S. as a Sales Specialist and to have the opportunity to work directly with the customers. Outside of work you can find Blair golfing or hanging out with his dog, Bowden.

Logan is our Sales Specialist for the West. He graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2020 and is currently residing in Memphis, Tennessee. Outside of work, Logan likes playing music (mostly drums), going to concerts and comedy shows, and losing team trivia on a weekly basis.

Lizzie has joined our team as our Marketing Specialist. She enjoys expanding her knowledge within the equestrian industry while meeting so many amazing industry professionals along the way. Lizzie lives in Alabama and outside of work she enjoys hanging out with her friends, going to concerts and spending time with her cat, Rosie.
